Shipping policy

All orders will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number. For UK customers, we usually deliver within 5 working days. In some cases, there may be delays e.g. on a week where we have a new release and cannot fulfil orders as quickly as usual. If you have not received your order within 15 working days then please contact us info@krunestudio.com with your order number in the subject.

For international customers, please allow from 10 - 25 working days to receive your order. All international orders will be provided with tracking information. Please use the tracking information provided to view the status of your order.
